Why choose Floral Creations?
We take great care to ensure that our flowers & gifts leave us in perfect condition and to help them stay that way, all bouquets arrive complete with care instructions and flower food. Your personalised message is enclosed with the gift, on a decorative gift card.

What if the flowers arrive to my loved one but they are not in to receive it?
A card will always be left stating attempted delivery. The recipient will be able to collect the package from us or arrange for re-delivery. It may be possible to leave the item with a neighbour for collection - Floral Creations can fit around your needs. Our promise to you is that no gift or flower arrangement’s will be left on a door step/porch unless specifically stated by the customer placing the order.

Can I send flowers to my loved one who is away from thier home?
Floral Creations are prepared to deliver flowers to any location - simply discuss your needs with us. Flowers sent to hospitals, schools, military bases and business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room in the first instance. We recommend that flowers sent to these locations be requested for delivery on a weekday and not on a Saturday.

Will I get peace of mind with my purchase from Floral Creations?

If you have cause for complaint this must be received within 24 hours after receipt.

Our phone line is personally operated between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5.00pm Saturday. All calls are charged at the national rate. We aim to respond to customer service matters within one working day and resolve all complaints within three working days. Calls may be monitored for training purposes and to maintain our high level of service.

Cancellation Rights

In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days from delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 7 working days of receipt and return the packaged item* to us at the address given above.

The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us.

*Please note this policy excludes all our flower products as these are perishable goods and exempt from this legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
