UK Delivery
All UK orders received by 12:noon (GMT) will be delivered on the same day. Any orders received after this time may be delivered on the same day or guaranteed for delivery the following day. Specific timed deliveries are not generally possible, although we do accept AM or PM requests for deliveries.
All orders for delivery in the UK, and outside the UK must include a full address, zip/postal code and telephone number.
International Delivery
All queries on international orders may take a number of days to investigate. Refunds on genuine complaints only. All international prices are subject to alteration without notice. Floral Creations accepts no responsibility for price changes beyond its control.

All information given is confidential. No personal information will be shared with other parties. Whilst no security system can be completely foolproof, the risks are extremely low.
Flower Availability
Floral Creations endeavours to re-create the flower design you have chosen as accurately as possible. However availability and seasonal changes in flowers will occasionally affect the designs on sale. Any substitutions will be matched in colour variety. Floral Creations cannot guarantee that your order will be an identical replica of what you see on the site. Floral Creations will try to meet any personal requirements, please state on you email or other during verbal communication your requirements. All flower content and style of bouquets and arrangements for international orders will vary with each country.
Quality Guarantee
Floral Creations guarantees a quality product and service to you our customer. If you are not fully satisfied with the service or product received, Floral Creations investigates all complaints thoroughly and refunds or product replacements will be given in the event of all genuine complaints. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
